I’ve flown twice with DOT for Finnair (the Lithuanian subsidiary of DAT), once with DAT for Finnair, once with GetJet for Finnair and once with JetTime for Finnair and I have always received the Avios and tier points automatically and correctly.

One of these flights yielded 140 TP (HEL-AGP) like your Lisbon flight so I think you are safe. I admit that I’ve been hesitant to take the Widerøe for Finnair flights to Norway. Anyhow the best of my X for Y flights has been Finnair for British Airways this summer 😁.

It is interesting that they don’t have enough planes and crew for their own services but they have found both extra crew and planes for other carriers.
