Well, I am guessing we have now heard from both sides of the fence -- at some length! -- and whatever one can say about this hotel, it doesn't sound like it belongs in the luxury hotel forum.

Google shows it to be in Playa del Carmen, so I am moving this to the dedicated Mexico forum where it may get a better response.
