Stayed at the Hilton in Portland, OR for the first time in three years. The last time I was there, the breakfast buffet was complimentary as a Gold member. This time, it was $25, which resulted in a balance of $10 after the $15 food credit (there are no other menu options that the credit would cover). Another significant downgrade of the benefit.
