You then catch the hex to T5 and come in through fast track security to catch your connection and not have to worry about getting a shower at T5.
Interestingly, the T5B lounge showers are apparently open again.
Well, I began my enquiry concerning the opportunity to take a quick shower upon arrival into LHR over on the AA forum.
My original plan was to indeed use the AA arrivals lounge in T3 and then head over to T5 for our BA flight to Rome.
However, several folks who responded to my enquiry on the AA forum insinuated this was a ridiculous idea and that I should take a shower in one of the Galleries lounges at T5 instead.
