if your flight arrives on time I would be tempted to pass immigration and go landside at T3 and use the AA arrivals lounge. You can have a shower and a decent breakfast there.

You then catch the hex to T5 and come in through fast track security to catch your connection and not have to worry about getting a shower at T5.

Interestingly, the T5B lounge showers are apparently open again.
