Book one Y round trip award and upgrade with vouchers, and three J awards doing an open jaw HEL-SEA/DFW-HEL-(FRA). I’d suggest to fly SEA, spend a night or two there to see that and then continue to Alaska on a separate ticket. Of course, you may have to play around with dates and routes given how abysmal the availability is nowadays.
