I remember some long waits and full buses at DFW a decade ago. It's disappointing to hear that they haven't improved things.

One tip, the buses make multiple stops at each terminal. If you're at C4 and buses are passing by full, it may help to hike down to earlier stops at C20 or even C33 and try to board there.
