But it is not just about 1 person and a single $130 is it? If they are systematically failing in their duty to provide accurate costing then they should be held accountable. I wouldn’t see the price of a sofa on DFS at £1000 and then accept the salesman saying oh our IT is awful, it is actually £1200 - so why should I do it with BA?
