If you've booked directly with the airline it's 50:50 it will work. If you've used an OTA it's very possible Saudia has the agency number and e-mail address as the primary contacts: which means you receive no authentication details.

Fortunately I have booked directly with the airline. For some ... strange ... unknown ... reason I wouldn't touch OTAs with a decaying bargepole infected with woodworm and covered in barnacles
