The BA "Silver Book" TA reference manual
Let's say a friend of mine has a copy of the "Silver Book", a reference guide for all travel agents, with all you need to know about ticketing, seating , routing etc... on BA. Would you tell your friend to share that 2Mb PDF with others? Would you tell him to share it with everyone or just a few here you know he could trust? Answers on a postcard or here in the BA board
