We fly on this flight tomorrow and have a 6 hour connection on a separate ticket with AF/VS to Europe, so a little nervous...

Off the top of my head:
25 Jul was d/t NE weather
22 and 23 Jul was d/t midwest/MSP weather

21 Jul and 18 Jul I wasn't positive on. But if you look up the flight on FlightAware (can lookup historical flights as well) it shows the weather overlay against the route the plane flew (can even play the actual route to see what weather was doing as the plane was airborne edit: apparently weather radar only shows most recent 30 mins of live flights, on historical flights its only a snapshot of the weather radar at the time flight finished). Both days were also weather in NYC area

July 18th - can see large line of weather directly in path the flight would have needed to get to NYC

And July 21st - not as big a weather system as the 18th, but again direclty overlying JFK preventing them from flying in. Looks like they tried to hold as an airborne delay by circling over the PIT/NY border a couple times to wait for the weather to clear, but ultimately determined the weather wouldn't clear in time for them to continue as an airborne delay, so diverted down to PIT until it did clear enough.

While hopefully you won't have any problems with your flight, fortunately, even though you're on seperate tickets, they're all Skyteam. So I believe DL will still protect you on flights to the final destination of the other ticket if you end up misconnecting.
