Highly doubt it's blocked by UA, I see saver inventory on OS's VIE-BER flight that departs in 1h15m.... Seems like the issue's probably on LH's end seeing as I can't seem to find any inventory on VIE-FRA on LH in the next three days, while all OS flights have saver awards.
