I'll second the REI Sit Pad... I've had one for years that I use on every long flight. it is about the size of a red bull can when rolled up, and becuse its inflatable you can make it as firm or soft as you like (I usually inflate mine fully, then let a little bit of air out at a time until I'm comfy). And it's worked great on long hauls all over the world.
