No. Between Maputo and Vilankulo the roads were ok. But between eSwatini & Maputo, it was a broken mess, and also much of the road north of Vilankulo was also quite bad. It got better maybe an hour or so south of Caia, but then was bad again going northeast of Caia. The N11 out to Milange was in spectacular condition, as if it was just built this year.

All the N roads are 2 wheel drive roads. I mean, they are/were paved at some point, but its just a matter of avoiding the craters and potholes now, some of which are quite large & deep.
