They do say at check in that your invited into the Maple leaf lounge and its also written on the ticket but you can also access the Lufthansa business class lounge which is also much closer to the gate.
As a Suite/First Class passenger you can use the LH Senator Lounge which is their official lounge for First Class passengers of partner airlines.
