I have been struggling to get my claim approved. trip cancellation. Filed in April 1st, back and forth with few needed documents. Latest email asking for following:
Verification from the Common Carrier, Tour Operator, Travel Agency, or Travel Supplier (ex: airlines,
cruise lines, hotels, etc.) on their letterhead or email regarding any refunds or credits provided for future
travel.
The hotel was booked using booking.com and flight was booked using chase portal and used chase points. I have no idea what they are asking for? I did not get any travel vouchers etc. Who do I get in touch with to get this email? Anyone with experience with this requirement.
