1. Is an ITIN required for global transfer to the US?
2. If I do the transfer without an ITIN will my US credit actually start to build?
3. What would be the easiest and best way to get an ITIN?
4. Would it be easier to get an ITIN as a Canadian or British citizen?
5. Would a UK American Express® Rewards Credit Card be eligible to use for the transfer to US?
