We are unable to find your booking
I have several JL reservations booked (used AA, AS and CX miles). I have JL record locators for all of them. However, when I try to access the bookings via JL website to change seats, I am getting an error ("We are unable to find your booking"). I know that I was able to see the bookings on JL site before. I also see all of the reservations on checkmytrip (Amadeus). Is anyone else having problems accessing an existing reservation on JL site? Thanks
