You'll need to clear the Covid checkpoint (where they check your 'declaracion jurada'), with potential PCR test if selected, then immigration, then back pick-up, then customs... I'd say at least 3 hours. It took me about 30' to do everything last week, but I dodged most of the queues by walking quick, had no bags and wasn't selected to be tested.
How easy (signage / distance) is it now from Int'l arrivals (after SAG inspection) to domestic departures? And did you notice if there is a luggage drop for bags already tagged through to the domestic destination (without bringing them to the domestic check-in)?
