I will say in my experience (and I acknowledge this is anecdotal) that Radisson is more hit and miss than either Marriott or Hilton the two other chains I tend to frequent. I also find its loyalty program to be lacking compared to those two chains and its footprint is a lot smaller. Between the split in the programs and the loss of the US credit card I am going to burn up my remaining points overseas and be done with the program. That said I stayed at some nice Radisson properties in Norway a few years back. I'll happily stay at a well reviewed Radisson going forward but will no longer seek out any status with them or points.
