Absolutely, but with a 777 flying either internationally or between EWR/SFO/LAX, a constant 2 hour turnaround is almost always going to pile up delays in 2022. I feel much more comfortable with a route that seems to consistently go back and forth.
I say this as an individual who just switched UA501 to UA40 even though I much prefer the sleep of 510. But 40 simply goes back and forth from FCO the bulk of the time while 510 is Europe-EWR-SFO-EWR-LAX-EWR most of the time before heading back TATL. I think it's been on time twice in the past 15 days, most of those with fairly clean weather at all stops.
