For English https://www.finews.asia/finance/3735...reduction-soon. Also Bloomberg reporting this as well, both quote STD.

This would happen at the end of the eight cycle in time for the financial summit (don't think the HK7s is a factor).
This will be accompanied by what Government proposes as a two core classification code

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/artic...ke-health-code

Yellow for arrivals, red for confirmed cases.

But this system does not work in its face until and unless a third classification exists - green - which houses everybody else, and which yellow and red cannot easily swap into.

This is going to cause inconvenience for tourists and increased surveillance of all residents - whether government uses it for contact tracing or not.

Just wondering out loud - besides Mainland, Macau, us and argurably Singapore (Safeentry), who is still trying to do a system which gives government information to trace and confine a potentially infected person?
