Only other choice is 2:10 in AMS to Trondheim.
Trondheim is not an option because of driving time.

I think the transfer time is to short. You rather be driving a bit longer in Norway, than to miss your flight in FRA and wait there. I not sure if they will put you an SAS flight or if you just have to wait till the next day. And also, the trip will be a lot less fun if you don't have your hiking boots, waterproof jacket and some warm clothes and long underwear. You might be lucky with 68° and sun, but if not, warm clothes really helps for morale.
