How do you know when U space opens? Is this something that can be tracked on ExpertFlyer?

If not are there any patterns to when U space opens (e.g. 7-14 days before travel) or just hit or miss? I am disinclined to play whack a mole every day.
Yes, the U bucket can be set for an alert on EF.
