hi team, unsure if this is best for QF or AF...

I have a reward booking FCO-CDG-DFW-MEL in business. I am platinum.
I get Lounge access in FCO and CDG I assume through ticket. What are the guesting limits for CDG and FCO for another passenger flying (paid) Y on the same flight? Is it according to QF status or nothing as AF is sky team and QF is OW?
