UPDATE: Ugh, just got this email from Qatar, after several attempts at emailing Qatar. This doesn't look correct to me, and I did reference the Montreal Accord. Getting very frustrated as it seems they are stone walling me and and I'm back to square one.

Qatar Airways standards for missing/delayed bags are limited for USD50 per day up to three days hence you are entitled to be paid 100USD.
For further claims, if you are in position to provide receipts of your purchased items to keep you going until reunited with your delayed bag.
This details will be forwarded to the head office to be review.
