- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?- Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?- Booked CHAMBRE SUPÉRIEURE - 1 LIT DOUBLE and I think that is what I got. Or it may have been an one level upgrade.

- How are the rooms?- Really nice as this is the best Mercure in France (IMHO) with a walk in shower, large modern TV with built-in Netflix etc. , cold mini-bar with a free bottle of water, and generally large.

- What was good and what was bad?-

Good:- This hotel still feels like it is very new. Which is incredible given how many people have passed through here.

Bad:- One small thing. They had hand washing gel by the sink, but also the same bottle of hand washing gel in the shower. Maybe it was supposed to be body wash?

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?- N/A

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?-none

- Value for € or Vouchers? Would you return?
Yes it's the best choice at Part Dieu.
