Hello all! I have been following this thread for sometime. Thank you to everyone for fabulous advice!

I am flying SFO-SIN-AMD in J class in December. I was originally scheduled on SQ1 with a short stop in HKG, however was switched to SQ33 with a nonstop SFO-SIN flight.

I noticed something interesting about the flights that I hope this community could help answer. Beginning October 30, 2022, SQ33 departs 8:10 pm with arrival at 5:45 am (+2days), however currently it departs 10:05 pm with arrival at 5:45 am. Why the increase in allotted time? I can understand 1 hour for time change, but don’t understand the extra 1 hour in flight time.

Also it appears that Singapore is using the A350-ULR with only business class and PE seating. Is that usual for this route?

Also any chance the BTC returns out of SFO before December?
