No, but my worry would be that I am clocking up fines that I don't know about. It's one of those catch 22 situations where you want to know what is (not) happening, but at the same time you are hoping you get away with it. I hope you have found a way around this somehow! If you go to pay as though you are doing it retrospectively and put your car reg in, does it have a record of your visits?
