I too am frustrated in this department.

My LAS-LAX-JFK-LHR was cancelled (within 24 hours) by AA and rebooked onto the LAS-LHR

Two weeks+ on and no TP/avios have posted.
Have emailed and not even received so much as an acknowledgement.
Have called BA and the guy didn’t really get it. Said he couldn’t find my original booking with either of the AA/BA reference numbers. Didn’t know what Original Routing Credit is and insisted I have to fly sector’s to be credited despite the cancellation and retoute
I even tried PMing BAmissingavios but unfortunately they haven’t responded either.

I need the 320tp for Gold and my year is up Aug 8, so I’m getting a little concerned (and frustrated)
