To the OP, i'm in a similar position as I flew KUL-JED in May with MH in D class (business) and my partner claim was rejected (with no accompanying email explaining why) so i've gone down the route of submitting a customer relations form but nothing back. Quite frustrating as this with another trip will get me to Gold in December. I'll try the email suggested by CWS too should CR not sort it.
