That sign is specific to certain brands. DFS is reminding guests that's a cheap/low-class brand, hence the cheap cost = warning you to not open and drink before you reach your FD.

On the other hand, buy a more expensive brand, and you're allowed to drink before you reach your FD. Also those prices are pretty misleading and marketed towards those who don't DYOR.
