TerryK has the right answer. I would expect their existing TVs are likely grandfathered in but new TVs would likely need to be the current brand standard, which I think is 55". They may even need to be a specific model that allows standard hotel features like always turning onto the hotel channel (I haven't used a HP TV in a while so can't recall).

Being very conservative at $500 per installed TV, that's $50k to redo the TVs per 100 rooms. I'd be hard pressed to show any material ADR/RevPAR increase from just updating the TV without doing it as part of a larger room refresh, especially if the existing plasma is 42" or larger.
