Granted it’s not until October, so things might improve by then, but then again, probably won’t.
Who knows? If the flight is on time from NCL you should be ok. But with the state of UK airports. The issue is not really Dublin. Almost all flights in the first wave out from DUB leave on time. It's getting back is the problem. With huge turnaround delays at many other airports. Emerald seems particularly badly affected which suggests that there are major issues in all UK airports.
So. Pure chance at the end of the day. Can't see this getting better before next summer.
