From other threads on the topic, the two routes to resolving this most likely to work are calling BAEC (not BA), followed by using the Chat option when logged into BAEC. Other people have got Twitter and the associated email address to work.

I would try those routes first, then there is an escalation method, sending a PM to the lurker here, but the above should work, and have for most people.
