Help: BA refusing to award tier points
Hello all,
I fly frequently to Malaysia for work, and unfortunately BA has cancelled the LHR-KUL route. I have decided to use Malaysia Airlines instead to avoid a Singapore stopover. However, on my last trip (and first trip since Malaysia opened again for travel), my Avis and tier points were not credited. I tried the usual missing points route on BA.com, but after a few weeks, the website showed that my flights were not approved (J out, Y back). I have tried to call (impossible), used Twitter and sent two letters, and I am getting no response from BA Executive Club at all. I am due to lose my status (silver) in December if this trip is not approved and I also need to know why, so I can plan future trips accordingly.
Any idea what might be the issue or any tips on how to get a response from Executive Club?
