Travelodge typically gives breakfast, there are other Wyndham brands that never give breakfast.

Rodeway Inn may give some breakfast or may not, depending on the specific hotel.

So I don't see them as necessarily that similar either. Yes, they're both hotel brands for which you should check individual hotel reviews and not just use the brand name to decide, but that philosophy is needed for so many brands in so many programs these days, it's not funny.

But if you're going to discuss "cousin" hotels from different programs, you should do it someplace like the Other Hotel Programs forum, rather than picking one hotel program forum at random that just one of the hotels you're listing belongs to.
