I was just there a week or two before you. I had an issue at the restaurant/bar as well; got my order wrong (brought me the completely incorrect dish) but no apologies; they did get me the right item after I mentioned that it wasn't what I ordered. I found the front desk staff to be a bit gruff; but maybe that was just who I happened to get.

I got the same class of room as a Globalist but I like your view better with the fort. I was at the other end so had a straight river view (which was also wonderful).
