I'm actually interested in where you see this info - I can't find it on their web application. I would take no action on the "Adult" language - as long as the passport info is correct. The fare for > 2 year old is the same as an adult fare, with some small differences in taxes depending on the origin/destination I think.
As far as dinner goes - bring your own food for your kid. The food in business is decent but too much risk for a 2 year old to find it appealing. We flew last year with our 1.5 year old (lap baby) in Business and the staff did offer a meal for him from the regular menu selection if i remember correctly but we turned it down as he was too small to eat it all. We were not offered a children's menu. He picked food from our plates though. I'm not familiar with the kids menu AF provides in Business but I would still rather rely on my own food than theirs.
It would be a waste to exchange a paid meal for some juice and fruit that we can easily bring on board ourselves.
In terms of cost its not like you can get the meal cost back - its part of the fare. So just try to accommodate them as best as possible with the food they enjoy.
The staff was very accommodating for our kid. Consider bringing the utensils your kid uses at home as the cutlery is metal.
