I don't know if it is the same for you, but sometimes on the BA version of WorldTracer it works better in Incognito mode with any cookie blocker (etc) switched off. But at some point if you don't get any further you will need to call TAP and get the baggage information updated. The UK number is (+44) 345 350 0100.
