- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?- Booked and received family duplex suite
- How are the rooms?- modern, generally comfortable, and obviously designed for a ski season where people bring melting snow into the room- flooring and fabrics seemed to be pretty waterproofed
- What was good and what was bad?-
Good:- newer hotel, well kept and bed and couch were comfortable.
Bad:- Only complaints about the room proper were that the sink in the shape of a rock seemed to be more about style than function and took up a lot of counter space and the stairs from the sleeping loft down to the bathroom are a little steep in the middle of the night. Housekeeping was a little flaky, which is not unexpected during the pandemic.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?- threw a whole bunch of vouchers at the stay because the Tour De France was in town and ended up with a very reasonable cash price for the suite. Standard rooms were unavailable for my stay because they had already been allocated to Tour de France teams- the Ineos Grenadiers were down the hall from us. I really appreciate Accor letting you throw vouchers toward any room on a ‘standard’ rate during a major special event time frame instead of limiting award redemptions to a small handful of standard rooms. I’m not sure when I’ll end up in the French Alps again but wouldn’t hesitate to book a return if my plans went that way.
