Bug Fixed Now??
I am waitlisted for a mileage upgrade--SJC/DFW/ZRH/VIE/BRU/ORD/SJC--that I booked yesterday and can still access all the info on my reservation on-line. I called just to be sure, and the agent assured me I was on the waitlist. Needless to say, I want to make sure my request date is before Dec 1st.
Maybe because this has to be a paper ticket might have something to do with it, but I'm just guessing here.
