I wouldnt be surprised if this changes in the near future.....so if you book a Q fare - it will be 125 min - not 500
If you are referring to other alliances, this isn't always true. Flying on Delta tier 1 partners only earns 25% RDM mileage credit on cheapest fare classes, but they still earn 100% MQM and 500 MQM minimums.
