Booked a fight for my daughter on Air Transat via Canadian Affair. She’s due to fly from the UK to Toronto on Thursday so she went into her booking to purchase extra baggage and select seats. However, the Air Transat website cannot find her booking but she can come on the Canadian Affair website. She has a booking reference and confirmation number but cannot find an e-ticket number (even on the email that says E-ticket).
Been trying to contact both Air Transat and Canadian Affair vie phone, email and Twitter but no response.
Any suggestions on how to get hold of them as it seems that the E-ticket hasn’t been issued which if not resolved by Thursday will cause issues at the airport?
The booking was made quite some time ago.
