I can't speak for 4Y, but I flew WK long haul in Feb'21. At least at the time, it was arguably better than LH Y. I didn't particularly love their attitude at times, the ancient 333, or the lack of free alcohol, but the seats weren't too bad, and there was a choice of main courses. If the WK food is still the same I'd say, while it's a tough call, I'd take them over LH Y.
