I'm looking for a 1 stop flight (nonstop TATL) into eastern Europe on a United award ticket, and found only Eurowings Discover (4Y) and Edelweiss (WK) fly nonstop from Tampa. I have no experience with either of these (I'm usually on United or Lufthansa). I know both are budget "leisure" airlines. For now I just have economy awards each away since that's all I could find, but I really hope business awards become available in the coming days and would prefer that, and that would make up my mind for which to choose. The 4Y flight would actually be a Finnair-operated A359, and WK would be probably an A343, maybe A333. For now in economy, both cost the same, 4Y is via 6hrs in FRA, and WK is via 4hrs in ZUR. I'll likely check one suitcase (rolling the dice these days).

Does anyone have experiences with these airlines, good or bad. Which would you choose?
