5-night stay in July - it was ok
Just finishing a 5-night stay here, my first time. Got upgraded to a junior suite and received both breakfast and points. The room is not bad, but it shows signs of age and wear.
I agree with previous posters that the experience is quite binary: the reception and spa staff were excellent (friendly and attentive) while the cleaning staff were a bit less so. The hotel lobby is beautiful, but the rooms slightly aged. The breakfast is good, but nothing spectacular. The spa and gym are well done and apparently the best in the city.
All in all its good value (I paid about 100€ per night), has a useful location for exploring Belgrade and overall it's comfortable enough. But it misses to mark to feeling truly luxurious.
