BREAKING NEWS! Today I contacted Chase regarding the missing Avios in my Iberia account, I went through the usual, then It was escalated to a Chase Iberia "Specialist" who looked into the missing Avios that should have transferred From Chase Iberia Visa Card to Iberia Avios account. He asked me to wait, while he checked with an Iberia "Specialist" I begged him to please do not transfer the call to Iberia. and surely he did that. the Iberia "Specialist" asked me where would I like to Transfer my Avios to and I told him I need to transfer my 106,500.00 Iberia Points from Chase Card to Iberia Avios account. He said No Problem and transferred me Back to Chase.lol!
