The “infallible computer” isn’t the only way this kind of thing happens. When I’ve been party to or otherwise aware of such situations, some have been human error/process failures and not due to “computer said so”. And there are more than just human error and “infallible computer” reliance circumstances that can lead to one hotel guest intruding upon another and other intrusions at hotels.

There is something wrong when an intruder — accidental or otherwise — is filming a naked person without the person’s consent and retaining such imagery. Even in a private space, filming naked people against their consent may be legally actionable and invite civil and criminal liability.
