Asiana is still Star Alliance as of today. They’re widely expected to leave *A, but no date has been announced AFAIK.
The merger with Korean Air should be finished by the end of the year, at which time there won't be a Korean airline in *A. I just hope it doesn't happen before our award flight to Sydney in November...
